    It sounds to me like you are doing it right. I am new to this site too and I do my own meal plans. I do a slim fast for breakfast, a mid morning snack, a slim fast for lunch a mid afternoon snack n then a healthy dinner. My downfall is the weekends...we order out...pizza n beeer or take the kids out for dinner. But I really believe its all about the exercise. I am a member of Curves and I love it. The last time I dieted I lost 70 lbs doing this diet n going to Curves. I gained it all back...just by stopping my workouts and not watching everything I was eating. So I am back on track (hopefully) and will have some weight lost by the summer. GOOD LUCK!!! emoticon
