Wow 2 days in a row....I am going to have to kick it up a notch if I am going to keep up. Are you walking or running?

Do you eat Salmon ...its 1.28 lb at WINCO its the farmed kind but still thats cheaper than you can buy chicken, Oh and its a whole salmon so you would have to deal with that...thats all kissi
