Main Objective: To be a healthier more fit Me!
Cardio: 4X a Week
Muscular Endurance: 3X a week
Water: 10 Glasses a Day
Weighting/Measuring: Only ONE time a week, I need to focus on not being scale obsessed!
Fruits: 4-5 a Day Vegtables: 3-5 a Day

I'm 25 years old, and trying to loose weight I gained while pregnant with both my babies. I enjoy many activities and am finally able to have energy to do more fun things with my kids and family.
When I have the time, I love to scrapbook. I also love spending time with my kids. I do like to go out every once in awhile, but I would much rather have wine night with the girls!
