My goal is to lose weight but numbers don't mean that much to me if i get down to 140 and feel and look great im not going to be concerned that its not 130 or less. So my main goal is to be a HEALTHY person!
To meet my goals i am going to stay aware, usually i don't plan my meals out very well or any type of exercise plan. So my master plan is to have a plan!
