"Looking & Feeling Good"

I started dieting in the beginning of 2006. I started at 224 lbs and got down to 150. I slacked off for a few months and found myself up to 169! But I am back. I am working harder than ever to reach my goal of 130 pounds. I know I can do this. I have a great support team at home (my family).

My Goals:
I would like to look great this summer in my bathing suit!

My Program:
I stay within my calorie range every day. I am doing my cardio workout Monday-Friday in the early AM. I am just beginning to add in weight training 2 days a week. (Tuesday & Friday). I am trying to go for at least a walk on Saturday and Sunday.

Personal Information:
I live in Vero Beach, FL. I am happily married with two great children. My son is 7 and my daughter is 4. I also have a full time job. I am also attending college part time at night and online.
