Hey Jessica. I saw your post on one of the message boards about Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I know it was ages ago that you posted it, but thought I'd message you anyway lol I tried it for 2 weeks, and I must say I definitely saw a difference. I think I only lost like 1lb though, but in terms of looking more toned and the inches, and improving my strength and stamina, it was definitely a big help. Defo give it a go. Hey!!! for some reason my comments weren't showing up, but i just saw you've been askin about the foot and that is so kind of you to ask!!! the foot is getting better; it was an inflamed akeelees (totally just spelled it out how it sounds, lol) tendon, but walking is hurting less, and i've been getting rides to the gym so i can still do the ellipticcal!! (woohoo!) thank you so much for keeping in touch...it seems my other fellow sparkers have drifted off into the great unknown, lol! Glad to see you're still active!!! Rock on!!!
