I want to lower my cholesterol and fall out of the obese category on the BMI scale.
UPDATE! I am no longer obese on the BMI! Yeah! My next goal is to get out of the overweight category.
I have recently introduced juicing into my life. I am really enjoying the benefits of getting the proper servings of veggies and fruits. I am implementing this with working out 3-5Xs a week.
I would also like to loose fat to give me more confidence to go after my dream of being an actress.
UPDATE! I signed a one year acting/plus model contract with a very well known company and I couldn't be happier :)
On January 16th, 2012 I weighed in at 196.8. Which, is still admitedly obese, is 30 lbs less than when I started using Sparkpeople in 2010. I love and appreciate this site and I plan to use it forever.
Hey girl, Sorry it took me awhile to get back to you. 30 Day Shred is a DVD workout that Jillian Michaels (may know her from Biggest Loser TV Show) has created for big results in 30 days. It is really effective, and I like it a lot. I have yet to really complete the whole thing, but I have noticed a big difference in my muscles from doing it. I have also lost 2 inches in my hips and waist. Jillian Michaels has a lot of other DVDs too that are effective! They are pretty tough, but the 30 day shred is only actually 20 minutes of working hard each day!
