I had a baby 7 1/2 weeks ago. I started my pregnancy a bit overweight and I gained 48 pounds. Luckily I have already lost 25 pounds doing nothing, but unfortunately I have a ways to go just to be prepreg weight. After I reach that point I need to get down even lower. My plan is to follow Michael Thurmond's 6 week challenge food plan, but I am tweaking it a bit so I consume more calories and I am also letting myself eat a tad bit of diary. Luckily I have already lost 25 pounds doing nothing, but unfortunately I have a ways to go just to be prepreg weight. After I reach that point I need to get down even lower. My plan is to follow Michael Thurmond's 6 week challenge food plan, but I am tweaking it a bit so I consume more calories and I am also letting myself eat a tad bit of diary. I am breastfeeding and I don't want to risk my supply. My daily goals: Eat perfect on plan Drink 100+ oz of water Go to bed as early as possible Take naps whenever possible 20+ mins cardio 5-7 days a week 40+ mins toning 3-6 days a week Keep house as clean as possible Have work stuff done as early in the week as possible No binge eating No binge shopping Log what I eat every day - portioning things out and remembering every tiny bite! Instead of eating to spend time for myself, turn on good music!
