I will eat the food that my body needs to perform at its best, and not for pure pleasure. ??Aug 2011 To set some new goals! I have been trying to get down to 140. My oldest son is 10 now. My youngest is 6. No more riding that postpartumm wave. This is it. I am determined and ready to do the work that it takes.
...Goal met ...I AM the slowest loser. I wish it would not have taken depression to get me there. Hopefully I will be able to stay here far so good... ??
