I will eat the food that my body needs to perform at its best, and not for pure pleasure. Nov 2017 To look like some of the pictures I have on my page or at least feel as good as I did then...omg.

Nov 2013 Preparing for our third & fourth Bodybuilding Comp...sick of coming in second.

Aug 2011 To set some new goals! I have been trying to get down to 140. My oldest son is 10 now. My youngest is 6. No more riding that postpartumm wave. This is it. I am determined and ready to do the work that it takes.
...Goal met ...I AM the slowest loser. I wish it would not have taken depression to get me there. Hopefully I will be able to stay here joyfully...so far so good... ??

I have a BUNCH of the various SparkPeople blogs about various workout music themes all on playlist format inside Spotify. If you are a member, look for user " msdrpepper"

    playlist/5kimTvEJvcGnsEKIJoYBT1 will get you to that list (I'm still editing in the suggestions that people made, but the first 20 songs are from the article). From there, check out other playlists. A bunch are just random nonsense that I have created, but all the ones from SparkPeople start with SP - (and then the title name of the original blog). Nicole Nichols put together a lot of those playlists particularly from the 80's and 90's. So some of those might appeal to you?
