Shedding For The Wedding
Hello Sparkers! I was on here a while back and am back again to connect with fellow sparkers to keep me motivated to shed the pounds. I am getting married next year and am determined to be looking good and in shape for the wedding and the honeymoon! I ultimately would like to lose 20-25 pounds, but one step at a time! My Goals:
I want to look great for my wedding I want to live a complete healthy lifestyle and not constantly worry about the scale i want to run a 5K, then a 10K, then who know!
My Program:
Gym 4-5 days a week - 20-30 minutes of running. Im doing the couch to 5k program right now - 20-30 minutes of strength training mostly on gym machine. Alternating days of arms and abs/legs Planning ahead with my meals. Have healthy snacks ready to bring to work makes a huge difference for me. Try to keep alcohol to a couple drinks and only on the weekend.
