Hello everyone! I have been doing this page for a while, but I still learning how to do it. I love pink, I think it is the best color ever! Oh and I can't wait for Spring!! I am soooooo sick of being stuck inside and all the cold and the snow and ice, it feels so morbid outside. I just want to be able to wake up at 7 in the morning and go for a long walk around my neighborhood or go swimming in my pond! Spring come quick!!!!!! PLEASE! I really love to scrapbook and I am making a scrapbook of my weight loss so that I can look back and see how far I have come. I will try to post my page up when I figure out how to do that! I love new friends so add me, the more friends the better! Besides scrapbooking I love to read and watch t.v. (which is probably one of my problems). This is my third time starting Sparkpeople, but both times I didn't make it past 3 days so I am hoping (since it has been more than a week) that I will not fall off again. I have been on and off Spark for about a year and have only lose lik 25 lbs in a year so I feel like I have to do this now! I just feel like when I start that I have soooooooo fart to go and I don't hink I will ever get there.. :( I also just got a friend of mine to start one of these, (pinkkellie89) so stop by her page and say hello to her as well! We both need the encouragement sometimes!

Ok, so I am having a hard time not standing on the scale every 5 minutes so I am going to set up a date every mondayish to weigh myself and that is it....I swear.....

I have decided that I need to be running at least once a day, I know right now it will be more of a walk than a run, but that is ok, I feel like I just sit in my room and get bored and then want to eat so maybe if I get out once or twice a day it will help!

My Goals:
*To be comfortable in a bathing suit, so I can have fun swimming in my pond this summer.
*To not have to worry about having fat rolls show during class.
* To gain more self confindence!
*To lose 60 pounds by the middle of June!
*To see my extended family ( that I only see on holidays) and feel great at how awed they are at my weight loss.


My Program:
I am not following any specific plan other than tracking on spark, which I didn't do for a year and was probably part of my problem! TRACK YOUR FOOD! I am also trying to run for at least 30 minutes everyday just get out of my room. I find that I lose weight more when I don't exercize ...hmmm



Personal Information:
I am a college student in Michigan, but I am thinking about transfering to somewhere in Texas...don't ask why I just have always loved Texas! I love animals, especially my doggie Duke, a Yellow Lab! I am not a big fan of excersize but I like to rollerblade so hopefully that will motivate me to get out and lose weight!


Other Information:
Love to watch television, which is somewhat bad but oh well! I currently love to watch BONES!!!, Charmed, NCIS, REBA, 7th heaven & Ghost Whisperer, many of which I have on dvd...!
