Hey, you`re a "Bring it" girl! Great job if you`re aiming to do the P90X. It`s the mother of all workouts!
    Thanks for your suggestions.
What I`d really need is a 28-30 hors day. If there`s such thing.
    Keep up the hard work!

thank you so much for your blog comment and the "SMART" goal outline! i wasn't aware of that but i am now. :)

p.s., thank you for the congratulations. shortly after this blog post was made, i was given a script for the customer calls, and the program to run credit apps and locate vehicles was placed on my computer. i just now put my first credit application in for a new customer and am so excited to see where the career opportunity goes!

Thanks for your comment! You are definitely right about weight not being everything. When I started working out at the beginning of the year I actually gained 8 pounds the first month, and by the time I lost those 8 pounds and was back to my starting weight I had lost 4 inches!

Sounds like you are getting great results with P90X, that rocks!

I stopped by to Thank You for leaving a comment on my blog, and after reading your page I feel like we have a lot in common! I'd, also, like to get down to a size 8 and struggle with emotional/stress eating. I've got about 20 pounds to go in order to reach that goal (I'm a 12 right now and it seems like 10 pounds or so is what makes the difference in dress sizes for me).

You mentioned that you have done the C25K training before, and that would be an excellent addition to your P90X training if you can fit them both into your schedule. My boyfriend has gone through the P90X training once already by himself last summer, and after I get done with my C25K training we are planning to go through it together. I cannot do a push up on my toes or a pull-up, so I'll probably have to start out with the bands but eventually I hope to be able to do both!

    Good luck! emoticon
