Be Happy, Be You

I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have never been "skinny", and don't want to be, but I do want to be healthy and feel good about my body. I have tried many times to lose weight, and now after having 2 children I find myself at my heaviest non-pregnant weight. I want to be a good role model for my son and my daughter, and have a healthier relationship with food and activity. I am starting at 190 and my goal is to be at 130 in 1 year.
