Starting to live

After losing 20 pounds last year I found my motivation to lose more weight (even with a wedding looming) not as easy. I realize in order to be truly happy I need to lose weight, focus on fitness and really concentrate on living well.

I think I have unfortunately gained weight after going through some stressful events that continued in my life. I realize I feel better when I work out and my stress levels are under control.

Med Term Goals- Create an exercise streak.Working out hard every day! Run a 1/2 marathon in Nov for Turkey trot. Finish P90x strong.
Long Term: Run a full marathon. Go on a Kayaking expedition to the Apostle Islands.

Just subscribed to oxygen and hoping to get good advice.

Trying for 1 gallon water per day.

5-6 mini meals -Eat clean.

Sleep 7-8 hours per night.

Hey there! Thanks for your post. My favourite dog breed is Keeshond. They're so beautiful & sweet-tempered! My sweet Farley dog has passed away, and Lucy is a blend of Keeshond and probably border collie. I might get up the nerve (and fitness!) to take her on a run some day!
