My name is Jessica. I'm a 27 year old pre-school teacher. I married my wonderful husband in May 2010. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. I have tried losing weight before, but I always gave up. When my husband and I got engaged in November 2009, I told myself I wanted to lose weight for our wedding. I have tried losing weight before, but I always gave up. When my husband and I got engaged in November 2009, I told myself I wanted to lose weight for our wedding. I lost 13 pounds, but with the stress of the wedding and other things going on, I ended up gaining it back. Having to buy pants a size bigger for my rehearsal dinner was painful. I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks for a few years now. I was having daily panic attacks, so I went to my doctor in November 2010. She said she could change my medicine, but the best treatment for anxiety would be to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. I joined a gym that day, and I am now working on counting calories and tracking what I am eating. I am determined to lose all of the weight and keep it off. I want to have kids, and I want to be a healthy mom. I also want to live a long, healthy life with my husband. Starting Weight (11/17/10): 274 pounds Current Weight (11/17/12): 152.2 pounds Goal Weight: 140 pounds

My Goals:
-Losing 134 pounds is my overall goal. -I want to shop in regular stores, not plus size stores. -I want to be healthy when my husband and I start our family.
My Program:
-Tracking calories on Spark. -60 minutes of cardio 4 times a week -Strength training 3 times a week -Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
