My Goals:
I want to lose 28 pounds in the next 6 months. I am starting to count calories, and really watch what I am consuming. I am giving up pop, candy, fast food, and junk food such as chips! I know I can do it! I am also going to excercise with the Wii Fit, since I can't really get out of the house to join a gym or even jog because of my babies!

My Program:
*Count Calories.
*Meal Plans.
*Excercise 30 min/day.
*Learn the spark tools.
*Tell myself everyday how good I'm doing!
*If all else fails--go raw!

Congrats on releasing those two pounds! The Sparkrecipes are under the Healthy Lifestyle tab on the top menu bar, second item from bottom. Search on date nut squares to find an old, low fat but yummy family recipe. emoticon

haha..I have no idea. But I've already lost 2 lb's in the first week, so idk.
Right now I'm doing 2-3 hrs of exercise a day, and eating healthy, but no more then like 800 calories. =)
