i wanted to welcome you to team apple and to invite you to post on our team, i wrote all of our teammates on the board so you know thwm we made some changes because there was missing people not showing up. there just an extra person if you need someone to keep you on task or anything as a friend. a goal for this week is to drink 9 cups of water a day but join the goal on team apple so we can keep a count to win the 5 pound extra for the team.
