Saw your request for support on the Fluffy runner thread and just wanted to drop by and say: you can do it!!! If you want to run and your joints are in decent working order, you can make your muscles do the work. I'm more than 100 lbs over a healthy weight and I just go slow and don't go too often so nothing gets hurt.
The worst thing that could happen is you try and never get past week 3 intervals. You'd still end up with a really great workout. Interval training will help you burn more calories faster and your lungs will thank you for it. So just give it a try and enjoy it! The only way to fail the program is to not try. 1932 days ago
