This Is My Story, And I'm Sticking To It........
I am 56 yrs old, and been overweight 55 of those years. I am a mother of 3 and have 3 grandchildren, and a wonderful husband who has been with me through thick and thin(literally)! We are a retired military family and are looking forward to our golden years. But this brought me here, as I want to be in good shape too enjoy it all!!
