I started at a high of 286. I lost more than 90 lbs. I was almost under 200 ... imagine that. But I fell off the wagon. I thought I could do it along - no journaling, no tracking, no worries. WRONG. I'm starting over again - at a high of 279. No more looking back. No more remembering when I was almost THIN. I'm done - I want to be healthy, and more importantly, set a better example for those 4 wonderful children that God has blessed me with !

Fitness Minutes: 200

My Goals:
My goals are to simply be healthier. I want to be around when my kids get married, and have families of their own. My goal weight is 176, but I'm not focusing on the weight as much as how I feel.


My Program:
Track, track, track. Be honest with myself. WI every Sunday morning, and if I know I won't be home on a Sunday morning, then WI the day before I leave and the day I get home.



Personal Information:
known as Jerzy - I'm from the Jersey shore. I've been overweight since high school, but it got bad in my 20's when I was working 3 jobs, eating junk food, and not taking care of myself. Since I've married and had kids, my life is no longer my own, but revolves around them. I don't mind - really I don't. I love my kids, and they are growing so fast, they'll soon be gone and out on their own. I want to get healthier so that I'll be around to watch them start their own families one day.


Other Information:
I enjoy quilting - not much time for it these days. All 4 of my children swim competitively - leaving little time for me - but I know if I try hard enough - I can make the time.

    Thanks - I did it again this past weekend. Went on my first every quilt retreat - and caught myself eating fudge and dove dark chocolates. URGH. Course, I've spent today and yesterday denying myself all kinds of good foods - thinking that just might help my WW weigh in a bit tomorrow. When will I learn?
