I WILL diligently work to reach OnderLand and build a healthier fit body while encouraging my Team Mates in their journey by Nov. 16th 2016.

* daily think of one thing I can do to move closer to my goal.
* be my own biggest fan and best friend rather than my top critic.
* take control of my choices, attitude and actions.
* remember I'm on a great adventure with a destination of MY choosing.
* celebrate my success and learn from my setbacks.
* enjoy the experience and feel proud of myself for taking steps to improve my life.

1. Add a NEW form of fitness/exercise to my day Once A Week to avoid boredom
2. Find and attend a Zumba class weekly (when I am in town)
3. Develop a good strength training workout by 7Sept and be consistent in it weekly
4. Continue daily detailed Tracking
5. Post and review my goals and steps for daily focus
6. Be a team player, participant, encourager by checking in regularly.

Sassy & Sexy @ 60 in May 2012 I reached several goals - lost 50+ lbs, ran a mile, conquered the hula hoop. took a Segway Tour AND Totally FELT sassy and sexy as I turned 60.

165 for a a Healthy and Beautiful 65 - to feel great - look great and not be a worry to my husband and family

Create a Healthy LifeStyle that becomes normal and learn to maintain a healthy weight.

    I didnt taste anything and mowed and weeded. Feel really good thanks to you , you gove me motivation. My grandson is here now and then but yes that helps i dis eat half cup homemade macaroni salad. I love to cook but as of today didn't eat anything .
