Black Panther POWER to Achieve my GOALS

1. Add a NEW form of fitness/exercise to my day Once A Week to avoid boredom
2. Find and attend a Zumba class weekly (when I am in town)
3. Develop a good strength training workout by 7Sept and be consistent in it weekly
4. Continue daily detailed Tracking
5. Post and review my goals and steps for daily focus
6. Be a team player, participant, encourager by checking in regularly.

Sassy & Sexy @ 60 in May 2012 I reached several goals - lost 50+ lbs, ran a mile, conquered the hula hoop. took a Segway Tour AND Totally FELT sassy and sexy as I turned 60.

165 for a a Healthy and Beautiful 65 - to feel great - look great and not be a worry to my husband and family

11/11/16: 200 - MET by 10/1/16 DONE
11/11/16: 190 new goal Rochelles Wedding
1/1/17: 180 new goal - Happy New Year
2/14/17: 175 - Happy Valentines Day
05/24/17: 165 - healthy Happy 65 Birthday

My Program:
Addicted to earning points, so tracking food and activities continue to pilot my program.

1 hr of cardio a day may include walking, zumba, biking, or misc activities in smaller bites.

Figure out how to add FIBER
Omega 3's
no sugar/white flour

Create a Healthy LifeStyle that becomes normal and learn to maintain a healthy weight.
