Are they really scared this time? or are they sitting back chuckling, all my clustery fat cells in their comfy...ummm...stomach bloofyness. Do they believe I'll exercise and make them scream? Do they believe I'll make one smart choice and reach for the dill pickle instead of the Whopper? Do they believe I might fit into a skirt again? NO! they don't feel threatened.
BUT THEY SHOULD! ~determined~ begs for help!
to uncover my waistline and WEAR A SKIRT AGAIN, and pretty clothes
to seriously get in shape, lower my blood pressure, feel better physically, and begin to look forward to exercising.
strength training 6 days a week, alternate upper/lower body
cardio, 45 min. a day, 6 days a week
interval training (alternate walk/run, mostly walking) 5 days a week, 1.2 mi. each walk.
diet- soups and salads, lots of water and uns. iced tea. Write down what I eat, religiously.
I'm a widow/mom of two grown children and one, my son aged 12, still at home. Our family here at home these days is me, Mr. E., and our three pets, Kasha (chihuahua who thinks he's a cat. he needs to lose weight as badly as I do lol, that dog has eaten one too many tacos!), Shad (black cat), and Scout (orange tabby).
Crochet keeps me sane! :) I'm actively working at getting out amongst people more, and being less shy. This year we have 4 weekly commitments, (3 my son's, one mine) which do get me out and help me to interact again. I work from home. Love gardening, hiking, reading.
