My Goals:
Walk a little more each day, drink more water and be more active. I want to wear a bathing suit this summer!
My Program:
I have lost 20lbs on Isagenix. That is with minimal exercise and 30 days. That was in June 2009. I gained some lbs back 5 to be exact. I am trying once again to get the 5 lbs off plus what I diodn't take off the 1st time.
Personal Information:
I am from The Jersey Shore Area. I love spending time reading, listening to music, walking and spending time with my dogs. A recent illness blew me up like a tick. Now I am fighting to get it off.
Other Information:
Some of what I am about: I like to read non fiction books about health imrovement, any dog training and dog related books. I am a tree hugging vegetarian and love it!
