My Goals:
My goal is to get and stay healthy!! Although it is recommended that I lose 103 pounds to be considered healthy, I am not focused on a number. I simply want to be and feel healthy and feel comfortable in my own skin, no matter what number is on the scale or on my jeans.

My Program:
I have a max of 1550 calories a day...the biggest problem for me is make sure the fiber intake is met.

Personal Information:
So yes, I am from Jersey...I even have the big hair to prove it, but not the attitude!! At 5'2", I started this journey weighing 233.8 pounds. EEEK!! Its the my highest weight to date.

Other Information:
Weight has been an issue for me all my life...LITERALLY, when I was born, everyone thought I was a 3 month old. But on the verge of 29, I am determined to make a change!

Hey Jerseygirl! Thanks for the add. I was wondering if u made a group, or just a posting type group. Or if there's a difference. I am not to sure how all this works yet. Anyway, I made a TOTAL mistake posting my weight, lol. So I fixd it. I dunno if anyone saw that **blushes**. T/C and hope to be down in 290ville, as they say, soon enough.
