2008 is going to be GREAT!
Hi! I am a stay at home mom of a 14 month old daughter! She is my main reason for wanting to have a healthy body! She has started walking and I have to keep up with her!! Although the scale hasn't really started to show my hard work, I feel healthier since starting Spark. My skin is smoother, my clothes fit better and I feel GREAT! I feel like I am accomplishing something every day just because I am watching what goes into my mouth! My Plan: Calorie ...
Hi! I am a stay at home mom of a 14 month old daughter! She is my main reason for wanting to have a healthy body! She has started walking and I have to keep up with her!! Although the scale hasn't really started to show my hard work, I feel healthier since starting Spark. My skin is smoother, my clothes fit better and I feel GREAT! I feel like I am accomplishing something every day just because I am watching what goes into my mouth! My Plan: Calorie Allowance 1330-1680 Fitness plan: Cardio - 30 minutes 5 times per week. I get a check mark for every 30 minutes. When I get 5 checks within one week, I get $10 that is going towards a new dress!!! Strength training - 3 times per week. Either at the gym, or at home. Goal Weight 180...although ultimately 150!!! Most importantly....TO FEEL GOOD!!

My Goals:
I am starting out at 230...my highest weight ever. I would like to see myself at 150 pounds eventually. However, my first goal is to get to 180. I also want to make sure daily activity and healthy eating becomes a part of my life.
My Program:
I have joined a gym, although I usually only get there once a week . I also do workouts at home. I am making healthy choices in foods...more fruits and veggies, more water, less sugars and fats. I am using some of the Spark recipes as well (they are delicious...give them a try!)
Other Information:
I LOVE to read...anything! I like going to the movies and playing board games with friends. I love to be outdoors (when it is nice out) and am excited summer is on its way! I just taught myself to knit and am working on learning to sew! Anything that keeps my hands busy...at least I can't eat then right!!!
