My Goals:
I have lost 25lbs so far and my goal is to lose 20 more!

My Program:
Eating 1200-1400 calories a day. At least 5 days a week in the gym. I spend 2 days with a trainer since I am having to learn how to work out without straining my back. Cardio days are 3 miles on the treadmill and 1 mile backwards on the treadmill.

Other Information:
I enjoy 5ks...especially the messer the better!
