So I think this might help me get organized with trying to be healthier, and I like the idea of having an entire network of like-minded people there to talk to, and the other way around of course. I was 200lbs when I graduated, but in fairly good shape. College is what really hit me hard, I no longer had physical activity and was working my way through college, so I ended up hitting fast food places a lot for a quick cheap meal. 3 Years, and 50 pounds later I've had enough of it and I'm trying ...

My Goals:
To get to a healthy weight again. I was pretty well toned my senior year, so I want lose some weight and see if there's any of that left, and if there's not try and build back up.

Oh, and maybe start doing some real boxing beyond Boxercising and Wii-Boxing.

My Program:
I'm hoping to start eating healthier food, and exercise more.

M,W,F,Sat:
Boxercise 30-45 minutes

M,W,F
Strength Train 30 minutes

T, Thurs
Walk or jog at least 1 mile.
