My Goals:
Right now I need to rethink my goals. I am currently in maintenance mode, and I'm happy with my fitness routine. I'd like to try something new, but I haven't decided what yet.

My Program:
My program? I don't really have a program. I make good choices about food, and I exercise. Here are the basics:

FOOD: I quit buying crap food -- potato chips, mac & cheese, and all that sort of thing. I eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. We have an awesome garden! In short, good food choices make a tremendous difference in the way I feel.

I started by walking 2-4 miles a day, 6 days a week --SERIOUS WALKING, NOT LOLLYGAGGING! In May of 2008 I started running. I also strength train 3 days a week using the SP generated program.

Just reading your story and viewing your pics. You are phenomenal!. I am so impressed that you have run full marathons.
In my dreams I run them and by next year I am hoping that I too could handle running a full.
I keep training because I love to power walk and run.
You are an inspiration to me. I have fibromyalgia but it stays hidden unless I become lax. Sometimes it will flare up even when I am active but it is very seldom these days.


ps. I added you as a friend because I truly admire your conquests and would love to follow you.
