Oh, Jeremy, free food, or even coupons for cheap food is one of my big downfalls. I have an awful time turning it down. "Do you want to eat out?" is another one I have to fight against. My best advice to you, not that you need my advice, is to stick to the healthy offerings and try to stay within your eating plan. Keep up the good work.
Thanks for all the "welcomes" and I'm really grateful for this sight. I think my biggest problem with weigh loss is that I'm an emotional eater. I'm not a fast food junkie, in fact, I eat pretty health things. I just eat way too much and way too often. Did I mention that I work at a college and that Dining Services is right outside my office door and that I can eat for free? See the problem?

To post your weight ticker, click EDIT MY SPARKPAGES on the top right of this page. Then scroll down and you'll see the tickers. Put in your info and pick a ticker and a marker. Then click a tiny box that says something like "SHOW MY TICKER". Most importantly, before you leave the page, click SAVE MY CHANGES at the top right under EDIT MY SPARKPAGE. Always click this when you make a change to your page before you leave. This should do it. : )
