A long journey of ups and downs; need I say any more?

I started running in mid-November, 2011 and have now run two half marathons. My second, Akron on Sept. 29, 2012 was a lot more fun as I kept a very even pace the whole way.

Sometimes rest does a body good and u do better with less training. Sounds like you are born runner, u just had to get started.

Thanks for the blog comment. Yesterday went fair being alone. For some reason it made sense to include chips with lunch and finish off a tub of sherbet at 9 pm...today will be a better day. I have finished my run and getting ready for cereal and peaches.

How's your sparking going? Is your house recovered from the flooding?
