Jeremy's Journey...

A long journey of ups and downs; need I say any more?

I started running in mid-November, 2011 and have now run two half marathons. My second, Akron on Sept. 29, 2012 was a lot more fun as I kept a very even pace the whole way.

I am a quarter of the way into the book and it's pretty scary. Always makes me worried when the ppl who push products wont use them, themselves! He was talking to a guy who pushes dr. pepper and finds ways to market it to the public yet wont drink soda at all. Just like the creator of Lasiks wears glasses and refuses to get his own surgery and most doctors wont even take CPR lol It's a scary world we live in!

I guess 1/2 my size is an exaggeration! But I guess pants-wise most of them are a 4 or a 6 and I am an 8 or 10 so really I could say I am 1.33 to 1.5 times larger than them!

Thanks for the blog comment, I have been feeling marginally motivated this winter. I'm taking a 4 month break from running and I miss the routine and the tough workouts. Every time I look outside though I remember why I'm taking a break. When I return in May I look forward to birds chirping and cool (not bitter cold) weather.

Hiya Jeremy! my doc just advised that I pick up a B-12 supplement and add it to the Vitamin D/fish oil that I take everyday. He'll do more blood work on my follow up visit in 3 months and if the supplements haven't helped my level improve then we'll look into other options.
