No looking back now

I have tried many different ways of losing weight and never followed through, I just lost close to 20lbs trying to get ready for weight loss surgery because nothing has really worked for me in the past where the weight didn't come back. now I have 238 reasons not to stop! I am 35 yrs old and 238lbs on my 5'3 frame is too much, the weight stops here! I can't/wont keep carrying around this weight, I want to live and be active..

My Goals:
my first mini goal will be to lose about 10lbs in the first month of the new year. I want to keep it simple because I don't want to set myself up for failure by trying too hard..

My Program:
I'm going to start off with a liquid diet for about two weeks to jump start my body into cleanse mode, then after that, lots of water (about 8 to 10 cups a day) fruits, veggies and small portion size amounts of food.

Personal Information:
I live in California and I have one son, single mom trying to get my weight under control and keep it under control.

Other Information:
I am a Beautiful Woman in side and out, I don't have a weight problem "I have a problem with my weight"
