GOAL - New Baby Momma

So...the wedding is over & baby Jake is here. Now it's time to let go of my facination lately with chocolate chip cookies and get back to feeling good about myself. I had diabetes while I was pregnant and had to be extremely careful about what I ate. I was on bed rest for the last 5 weeks of pregnancy and when I went in for my 6 week checkup after the baby, I'd only gained .5 lbs from prior to being pregnant. I've celebrated for the last 3 weeks by eating any cookie within reach and gulping ...
So...the wedding is over & baby Jake is here. Now it's time to let go of my facination lately with chocolate chip cookies and get back to feeling good about myself. I had diabetes while I was pregnant and had to be extremely careful about what I ate. I've celebrated for the last 3 weeks by eating any cookie within reach and gulping down "real" cokes after not being able to have them for so long..I don't even want to get on the scale. SOOO today is my first day back. I'm tracking my food and so far so good today. I'll celebrate the small successes cuz I just had to spend $200 on new fat clothes and that was NO success at all. I'm getting all the girls in my family on board now so there's no stopping us hot mommas!
