My goal is to lose 50 pounds
My Program:
Very simple. Give up fast food. Give up junk food. No soda unless there is booze in it. Drink water. And make exercise a habit. Actually, make it a psychosis. Make 1/2 hour of exercise per day inviolate, strive to do it twice a day. Push yourself just a tiny bit harder each day. So far, dropped 32 pounds in 53 days.
