NOTE: For my height (5'6") I would need to be 154.5 to be at the highest range and still fit into the "normal" BMI range of 24.9, however right now I am aiming to get to 145 lbs and then re-evaluate how I feel and go from there!

December 2010 - 175 lbs...I got down to 162 in 2011 before climbing back up into the 170s...now I am back on the downward descent!

I had lost about 22 lbs (from 172 to 150) between January 2007 and December 2007 and was within 5 pounds of my (then) goal weight of 145, when, in January 2008 when I found out that I was pregnant with my first child, Kyla. She was a wonderful surprise and I was determined to continue my good habits and not go overboard with weight gain while I was pregnant...but, as much as I fought it, I eventually fell off of the Sparkpeople wagon and gained nearly 70 lbs during my pregnancy...It really bothered me that Id let myself go. I was 220 when I went into the hospital to have her and a week later I was down to 190. By the time I went back to work 6 weeks later I was 177.

I have tried numerous times since she was born in September 2008 to pick myself back up and get going again to lose those 27 lbs and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight, but the task seemed so daunting! I had gained back all of the weight that Id worked for a year to lose and then some. I had lost my endurance and my muscle tone. I got back the cellulite that Id worked so hard to get rid of. I guess with going back to work and trying to take care of all of my mommy and wife duties I was just overwhelmed and would just wallow in my own pity. This has gone on too long. My daughter is now over 3 years old and I am still walking around with 20 lbs of post-pregnancy goo. I am sick of it. I want to be happy and healthy and beautiful for my daughter and my husband!


I would love to get all of the motivation I can get and I would love to help to motivate you as well! We all stumble along the way, and as long as we have someone to help us up or to encourage us, we can make it to the finish line eventually! Add me as a friend and I will do the same! Best wishes on reaching your goal, whether its losing 5 lbs, 50 lbs or 150 lbs!

159 - VS shopping!

I would LOVE to get back down to the 140's. That is about what I weighed when I got married 7+years ago :) I can't remember ever being in my 130s, and looking back at my medical records, I was 11 when I weighed 134 - UGH, that is 20 years ago! Could I get back there someday?

Note: (I am 5'6")




My Program:
I would like to get back to running and strength training....doing some sort of working out 5 days a week, eating healthy and guzzling lots of water!!



Personal Information:
I am 32 and live in the mitten state with my hubby, Tom; daughter, Kyla and boxer baby, Keegan. I am a construction inspector for the state DOT.

Other Information:
I enjoy playing Wii, reading James Patterson and Nicholas Sparks novel, working out and playing with my daughter.

I left for awhile fell off buuut im back just wanted to stop and say hello had a son he is 15 months so have a wonderful reason to be back and stronger than ever, keep in touch :)

I know first hand how stressful/difficult a new position at work can be! Hang in there... Will you be inside all the time? Regular hours? How are you liking the work at MDOT? Miss HRC? From my dad I have heard that HRC just keeps down sizing which is sad.

Work is FINALLY starting to feel easier here at Coty in NY. I love the work, but get annoyed with some of the people. TYPICAL.

I'm not sure if I told you but when I moved here I moved in with 2 other people in this awful apt. It was just the worst place. Dirty, gross - Mason was filthy bc the apt was so gross. Plus there was little to no storage so all of my belongings were in a 11x11 room. Anyway - a month ago I moved into a larger, one less roommate and clean place. Ever since, I have been in a routine. It's so much easier to workout after work when you are happy about where you are coming home to! I also wouldn't cook at the old place bc it was so dirty in the kitchen. ick! Now I next to never go out.

Anyway - get your butt in gear. I want to see some real results out of us. When you think to eat something bad, think of me giving you disapproving looks!
