I will NEVER stop!

hi my name is Jen, I lost alomst 50lbs a couple years ago, and I gained about 30 back over the last couple years... :( I'm trying really hard to focus and to really start losing again! I really want to get there! I am on weight watchers online now.. and I know it works if you follow the program - I have just been not doing it 100% and I need to start!

UPDATE: NOV 8 2012 | Current weight: 223.5lbs
I have been trying over and over to stay on track, and what happens is I stay motivated for a week, then lose motivation.. SO this week I promised myself that I would work out everyday before I go to Lethbridge. Today will be day 5 of working out, and day 4 of staying on WW points! I feel great, and want to keep going! I was 228.5 on sunday, and today I am 223.5!

UPDATE: JULY 15 2012: 217.8
I am BACK!! I want this!! After going through some extreme personal hell.. I am now living with my sister and her boyfriend, and I want to spend this summer losing weight not gaining... I want to get back into working out 5-6 days a week. I joined Weight watchers Online, in an attempt to save money(cheaper then meetings). I love all the online tools and access that you get with it! For me, my eating habits have always been the issue and I know it will be hard... But I also know that I did this before, and I WILL do this again! I am going to take this one day at a time.. so today, I will stay on point, and track all my food! Unfortunatly, the tendonitis in my arm is back in full force, and I cant do an intese workout today.. so I have to eat perfect untill i can workout.. I just want to rest my arm today and see how it feels tomorrow.

UPDATE: OCT 23/10 Weight: 208
I have just rejoined weight watchers! I was away from it since the end of June, and no good came of it... I tried many times to do it on my own, only to fail each time - I would be good for a couple days, then bad for a week or longer... it was a never ending cycle. I know that I need to go to WW to keep myself accountable


UPDATE: FEB 14/2010 - WEIGHT: 190.5
I just completed day 30 of P90X Classic! I feel great!

UPDATE: October 9/09 - weight: 186.8

So I started doing ChaLEAN Extreme again last saturday - just finished my first week. I finished INSANITY about 3 weeks ago, and was ready for the EXTREME again!! My weight has been going up and down, up and down for a while- I need to start losing more consistantly- I am super excited to do this program again!! I will do an update in about 3 weeks from now!

UPDATE: June 9/09 - weight 186.4

It was working... I need to focus on my eating.... I know this program works... I have lost 45lbs so far! but I have been hovering around that number for a while now.... I don't want to hover anymore... I want to get there! I can't seem to stay on POINTS, I am going way over every week.... what is wrong with me??? Where did my motivation and Will Power go? I HAVE to find it!

One day at staying within my POINTS, needs to turn into a perfect week of staying within my points! One day at a time... it will get easier!

I am re-doing ChaLEAN Extreme as of today! Time to focus on my eating!


UPDATE: March 27/09 - weight 186

I finished the LEAN phase, i really enjoyed this phase because of all the balance work, it really made me focus on my abs. The results are good, not great... I lost inches and BF % more so than the scale...and thats ok! I plan on doing the LEAN for life phase next, so we'll see waht happens! I want to also add more cardio, because I feel that my body needs it!

UPDATE: Feb 28/09 - weight 186.2

So I finished the PUSH Phase!! it was amazing, I lifted so much more weight than I ever thought I could! I feel stronger than ever, and I can even do a couple push ups on my toes now! (soon it will be all of the reps) My results were ok, and I dont see much of a difference in the pics this time, but I can feel it. I finally got my food on track for the last week of the PUSH Phase, so I am going into the LEAN Phase very optomistic! I now know that I will see greater results if my eating is good. So my goal for this next phase is to really focus on my eating, eating good and healthly.

Well the holidays nearly killed me, but I made it through to the other side... I was up a bit, but I am getting it back down, and luckly I will be starting ChaLEAN Extreme on Sat Jan. 3rd. I know it is exactly what my body needs to get to the finish line in this weight loss journey. I just posted my Day 1 photos, and I can't wait to see the results from this program...I truely believe that it is going to work...all I have to do is fallow it and eat well. I will be posting progress pics along the way...I CAN"T WAIT!!!


UPDATE: July 31/08 - weight: 201.2lbs: DOWN 30.4lbs

so I have been on this journey for just over 6 months and i believe I have hit somewhat of a platue...but partially my fault... I am stuggling with my eating, (junk food)
my excersize is good.

I have been hovering (1-4lbs) around the 200lb mark...which is so frusturating!!! I really need to focus!

Focus on why I started this whole thing in the first place! I DONT WANT TO BE FAT ANYMORE!!! I have been overweight pretty much my whole life...not anymore!!!

Thanks for adding me! I love your page!! So...what keeps you busy during the day? Do you have a favorite workout?

I have a 5yr old that keeps me on my toes….a house to keep up, and a full time job as a business analyst. I also own my own fitness business... I LOVE it!!! I get to help others by sharing with them the products that have worked for me. I also help keep them motivated and am there for them every step of their journey :-) I finally feel like I am doing something I love and have a passion for. The rewards are endless. I LOVE to spend my summers outside either doing yard work or playing games with the family. I really look forward to chatting more - Take care!
