-Weigh 135-140 lbs -Wear sz. 6 jeans & suits -Run 5K in 30 minutes -do the splits
My Program:
-Follow a vegetarian/vegan diet -Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods -Eat 5 fruits & veggies everyday -Do strength training 2x/week -Do Zumba 1x/week -Do martial arts 1x/week -Run outside 2x/week -Do yoga 2x/week -Sleep 8-8.5 hrs every night -Limit 1 serving of caffeine/ day -Limit 4 alcoholic drinks/week (mainly wine)
