-Weigh 140 lbs
-Wear sz. 6 jeans & suits
-Run 5K in 30 minutes
-Do the splits
-Follow a vegetarian (mostly vegan) diet
-Try to eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods
-Limit desserts & white/refined starches
-Aim for 5 fruits & veggies everyday
-Do cardio 3x a week
-Do yoga class at least once a week
-Walk ~3 miles most days
-Drink lots of water and tea
-Take multivitamin, calcium supplement, flaxseed oil
-Limit 1-2 servings of caffeine/day
-Limit 3-4 alcoholic drinks/week (mainly wine)
-Sleep 8-8.5 hrs every night
-Try to meditate everyday

I love spending time outdoors, being active, trying new things, and having adventures.
I'm in grad school right now, and trying to balance studies, work, extracurriculars, networking, social activities & relationships, my relationship with my boyfriend, and health & personal growth.
I want to feel good about myself, my body, my abilities, and my appearance. I want to be healthy, strong, active, confident, and happy.
