Getting started!
Sometimes you only need one reason to get started with the healthy lifestyle.. Then you realize you have several reasons.. Then you get the top 10.. Then you run out of space on the paper! Then you just have to get started! For me knowing what I need to do isn't the problem it's the motivation to do it. I've learned a lot about eating healthy over the past few years from various studies at Pitt and I know what I need to do to stay fit. Finding spark is helping me keep up ...

Then you just have to get started! For me knowing what I need to do isn't the problem it's the motivation to do it. I've learned a lot about eating healthy over the past few years from various studies at Pitt and I know what I need to do to stay fit. Finding spark is helping me keep up with what I've learned previously and so far keeping me on track! I'm loosing weight and getting fit - I just need to avoid the self destruction and keep on the right path!!

My Goals:
I just wanted to get in better shape and loose enough weight so the clothes fit better. A bonus would be smaller and smaller sizes in clothes but thats not the main reason!
My Program:
Keeping track of what I eat is a big part for me. I'm always slacking on the exercise to getting in 3 days with at least 30 minutes is my hardest goal.
