My Goals:
To lose weight and actually keep it off for good!
My Program:
Eating low calories/low fat and exercising 3-5 times per week with at least a 2 mile walk in 3 of those days and weights at least 2 of those days. Some days I combine both, and others I just do one or the other. I drink at least 72 oz. of water a day.
