My Goals:
To lose weight and actually keep it off for good!

My Program:
Eating low calories/low fat and exercising 3-5 times per week with at least a 2 mile walk in 3 of those days and weights at least 2 of those days. Some days I combine both, and others I just do one or the other.
I drink at least 72 oz. of water a day.

I need to take 4310 steps per day. That means I have to get up off my bum!

I'm addicted to Outback Steakhouse's Chocolate Tall Cake as if it were crack. Mmmm, chocolate tall cake from Outback. MCC is a website called My Calorie Counter.... we had a Biggest Loser team based competition over there but we are bringing it over here for the next season. On my profile, you'd click Sparks Happy Losers if you were interested in joining a 3 month team based biggest loser thing. In the meantime, off I go to eat chicken.... doesn't taste like chocolate tall cake from Outback but it will have to do for now.
