SUMMER 5% COMMITMENT!!! I will exercise by doing T25 during the days of this challenge. (Alpha Beta Gamma!) I will follow my lifestyle change diet of clean eating and skip the sugars. On my Team page I will record my daily exercise and Living the Good Life Points, and on Saturdays I will weigh in and record it. I will check in with my team daily and leave a comment on the Discussion Board. I will read and comment on blogs as I have time.

My Goals:
lose weight
be healthy
be a good example of fitness to my kids

My Program:
I workout daily with a cardio/weight workout and pilates.
Update 3/26/12 Cardio and yoga
5/13/13 - I've started Insanity Fast and Furious and Pilates.
7/8/13 I started T25



Personal Information:
I am from a smaller town in Indiana, and I love living here, except for the weather.

Other Information:
Love to read, love movies (my huge downfall since that is sitting and snacking epitomized) and trying to get on the bandwagon of loving to work out!

It is going to be tough but it's doable! Especially with all the strength and foundation you build with Alpha and Beta. With Gamma, you also get a hybrid schedule that goes on for another 4 weeks which combines all the strength dvds from all the phases!

I went ahead and purchased Gamma cause I just wanted everything! Haha Glad to hear you are enjoying the program!

We are definitely our toughest critic! I'll say something about my body and my husband will look at me like I'm crazy. He says I wear "fat goggles" when I see myself in the mirror. emoticon
