Getting it done - living

I am a happy person, especially when I take care of myself. Making healthy choices is getting easier, and I will continue to gain strength and well being every day. I love living life with more confidence and energy, and I want that to be the REST of my life.

My Goals:
lose weight
be healthy
be a good example of fitness to my kids



*Wear a single digit pant size

*Be excited to go clothes shopping

*Run a 5k with my sisters

*Be able to buy a pair of cute boots and wear them on the outside of my jeans.

*Put on my goal jeans and have them fit

My Program:
I workout usually 6 days a week, but also try to remain active EVERY day getting my 10k of steps in every day. I love weight routines and cardio.

11/8/14 - finished 1 round of Insanity

I live in Indiana near family and friends.

I'm happy.

I'm a mommy.

Other Information:
Love to read, love movies (my huge downfall since that is sitting and snacking epitomized) and trying to get on the bandwagon of loving to work out!

Ugh....binges are the worst! Thank you for always commenting on my blogs and helping me to get to where I am. I wanted to live in denial about tracking but through reading your blogs I was able to come to terms with needing to do it. I heart you!!!!

I'd say if you had to have the sugary snack, smarties would be the best bet since they don't have the sodium. That's the big decider for me. You did great though.

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I really need to go through with this goals. In the past I have let them fall away from me. But I am going to get it done this time. I have to get in better shape in order to compete... It will also give me more options of horses to ride if I lose the weight!!

I've been better eating wise, but I'm doing the best I can. Hopefully over time I'll see I'm making the best choices I can.
