HI!
Thanks for reading my boring blog..

I run with a Nathan's 4-bottle belt. I pin on 2 hammer gels, and elastic band on a bagel with PB. 3 of the bottles have water and the 4th has Ultima. I throw my cell phone in the pocket with a paper towel (you just never know when you'll have to go), immodium (because you don't need those kinds of problems on a run), and tylenol (ibuprofen can make your body have a hard time regulating temperature)..and i do run with my nano..i used to run with my classic ipod (that bad boy is big!)..but now with the nike+ i clip the nano right on to the belt..i'm quite a site and probably 5 pounds heavier with all this gear..but i want to have stuff with me if i need it.

The night before the race, i'm not sure how much i'll eat. I've gotten into a day before long run routine nutritionally, so that i don't have intestinaly issues come mile 18...but i will come to socialize!

HI!!

I'm off to bed for the night but will come back on tomorrow evening and catch up on your page..nice to meetcha!!!

You found all of us!

I'm training for the Hartford Marathon..it'll be my first..but i've done 4 half marathons...Hartford last year...get ready for some hills! and you run on the highway, not sure why i think that's cool :). I had a good run last year and really enjoyed it.

I'm in CT too...I've been running with a training group...scared to see my motivation if i had to do 20 by myself :).

(HI ERIN!!)

Bekka
