Hi. Since joining SparkPeople, I am finally able to lose weight again. I work out in the gym 3 times a week and do aerobics at home. Also, I keep track of the calories I eat. This helps me to stay focused on my goal. In the past few weeks, I lost 5 pounds. I am so excited. My goal is to lose 8 more pounds bringing my weight to 150 pounds.

Due to a foot infection, I was unable to exercise for around 3 months and lost much of my muscle tone. Working out in the gym is helping ...
