This time I made it !!

had been 220 lbs -+10 lbs for the 10 years. I hated the way I looked and felt. I had reached my goal of 160 lbs and have kept most of it off for almost a year. Now I would like to lose down to 155.
I have reached my goal once before so I know I will be successful once again. I am now working out 3 times a week with weights and I am looking forward to a huge toned transformation.

I have learned how to eat for my body. 35% Protein, 35% Carbs and 30% fat works for me ...

Hi
Thank you for the welcome. I am so glad to see that there is a page for this challenge.
I am a lucky one, I have been able to keep my Sjogren's controlled with the use of Chiropractic care, massage, and the use of herbal suppliments such as serrapeptase for pain and inflamation, moducare for immune system balance and a few others.
I also train in Taekwondo two - three times per week.
I do have very bad days, but I have more good days since I have begun to do something about it. It also helps if I control my stress and drink huge amounts of water to stay well hydrated. Stay Happy and positive. The body responses to positive energy and thoughts. If we dwell on the yuck we attract more yuck. If we focus on the highs we get more of the good days.
Jen :)

Hi, welcome to the Sjoggies Unite page. It is difficult to try to exercise and lose weight while battling Sjogrens. If you need support, I am the leader of Sjoggies Unite.
