    Thank you for the welcome. I am so glad to see that there is a page for this challenge.
    I am a lucky one, I have been able to keep my Sjogren's controlled with the use of Chiropractic care, massage, and the use of herbal suppliments such as serrapeptase for pain and inflamation, moducare for immune system balance and a few others.
    I also train in Taekwondo two - three times per week.
    I do have very bad days, but I have more good days since I have begun to do something about it. It also helps if I control my stress and drink huge amounts of water to stay well hydrated. Stay Happy and positive.The body responses to positive energy and thoughts. If we dwell on the yuck we attract more yuck. If we focus on the highs we get more of the good days.
