OMT = One more time

I'm a 40 year old Mom of 2 kids (age 9 and 7). I am 5'8" and currently at 154. I feel best mentally and physically at 140. I've been fat, thin, fat, thin, fat again, thin again, etc...My heighest was 240 in 2001, down to 140 in 2003...then, gained 20, took it off...then gained 40, took it off and NOW, I'm up 14 lbs and IT HAS TO STOP!

I could go on and on, but there you have it.

My Goals:
(1) Write and follow a meal plan that targets 1200 with 'non-veggies' and up to 1500 with veggies.

(2) Cut back to 2 cups of tea at night.

(3) Log in every day to update.

My Program:
(1) Follow JC/Abs plan as I modify it.

(2) Workout 6 days per week: 60 mins cardio 4 days per week and resistance bands 2 days per week with ab work indcluded--on those days, 20-30 mins of easy cardio.

Personal Information:
Mom to 2 kids (age 9 and 7). Live in Missouri but from east coast.

My 7 year old daughter has a few chronic health issues, including Celiac disease: therefore, I have to bake and cook all her foods (breads too), as she cannot eat wheat, barley, rye or oats. A big challenge is not eating fresh baked breads and rolls.

Other Information:
No matter what your last choice was, you can make a better one in the next instant. So do it.

Backsling and self pitty need to stop.

The peanut butter smoothie sounds delicious. How do you make it?

Dont' forget to start blogging again. I see you do have one. It's a great way to keep yourself accountable. I have blogged almost 200 times this year. I love it!
