I am DONE giving up on myself!
I am DONE letting my weight define me!
I am DONE feeling like the biggest person in the room!
I am DONE thinking others are judging me!
I am DONE judging myself!
I am DONE watching my life from the sidelines!
My name is Jenni and I am 27. I have a 2.5 year old son, a full-time job, and I am completing my Master's degree. I am extremely busy but I feel that I have just recently gotten my eating under control, now it's time to find time to exercise! I would love some support from other moms as well as if anyone lives in Prescott and wants to get together for workouts I could use a buddy and the motivation!
In social work we do ROPs which stands for "review of progress." I will be doing ROPs for my journey.
ROP: 11/4/13 - I am 18 pounds down and into week 3 of C25K! What's strange is that I have dedicated myself before to being healthy and well, but I feel like there has been a real change in me. Like a Spark I guess you could say! I am feeling great! I am doing C25K 3 times a week and my goal is to continue, do Zumba 3 times a week, get to 250,000 steps this month, lost 8.5 pounds to get to my first 10% weight loss goal. 57 days until NYE!
ROP: 12/9/13 - I am 26.7 pounds down and killing it with my fitness! A little too much I think. I hurt some tendons in each foot and am going to try to take it a little easy! But I am feeling good and cannot believe I have consistently lost weight through the holidays so far! Go Done Girls and Go team In It to Thin It!
ROP: 2/11/14 - I struggled greatly through the month of January but I feel like thus far I have owned February! I have stayed in my calorie limit every day this month and I am exercising at least 6 days a week and getting in my minutes for the DONE Girl's challenge. The Fling into Spring Challenge is kicking my butt and I am loving every minute of it!
ROP: 3/18/14 - I am wondering if I can hit 199.9 by my birthday which is July 30th... that is about 40 pounds in 20 weeks. It's not impossible.
First 10% goal: 26.5 pounds: 238.5 Goal Met 12/9/13!!!
Second 10% goal: 23.85 pounds: 214.65
Third 10% goal: 21.5 pounds: 193.15
Fourth 10% goal: 19.4 pounds: 173.75
Final goal weight: 8.75 pounds: FINAL GOAL WEIGHT 165!!!
Lose 60 more pounds
Run a 5k
Run a 10k
Run a half-marathon
Run a marathon
Track everything I eat everyday
Run twice to 3 times per week
Strength train 3 days per week

Spring has sprung, the grass has risí,
I wonder where the birdie is?
There he is up in the sky,
He dropped some whitewash in my eye!
IĎm alright, I won't cry,
I'm just glad that cows can't fly!
Just stopping by from the Countdown to Spring team to wish you a happy first day of Spring! Thank you for being part of the challenge. I wish you a very healthy and happy Spring season. Keep working hard to reach your goals, one day at a time....and never forget that you are always worth your best effort!
"What is it that you would like to achieve?
What is it that you wish to change, improve upon, create, express or experience?
If you ever want it to happen, now is when you must do something about it.
If it is your desire to see it come about, it is your responsibility to make the necessary effort."

Hello from the Countdown to Spring team! Can you believe that Spring is almost here and our challenge will be ending? I just want to encourage you to keep pushing yourself to do your best each day. Only YOU can make your goals and dreams a reality, so be sure to work hard for them. You don't need me to remind you that you're worth the effort, do you? Well, in case you do, consider this to be your reminder!
ďCHANGE: Donít just talk about it, go out there and do it.
Donít just meditate about it, go out there and create it.
Donít just pray about it, go out there and take action; participate in the answering of your own prayer.
If you want change, get out there and live it."

Good morning from the Countdown to Spring team! I hope you are having a healthy, fabulous week so far. Can you believe that there is less than a week until the first day of Spring? (It sure doesn't feel like it in my neck of the woods, though!) Let's make the most of these final days of the challenge...and then keep that momentum going! We can accomplish a lot if we just commit to doing our best one day at a time. We are worth the effort!
"Sometimes victory seems so far away because we measure it only by the goal.
And end goals can seem overwhelmingly huge, daunting, and just plain hard to reach.
But if we start measuring our victories by the smaller choices we make each day, victory won't seem so impossible.
....It's amazing the chain reaction that can start in your life with just one good choice.
Big things are built one brick at a time.
Victories are achieved one choice at a time.
A life well lived is chosen one day at a time.
Oh sweet friend, you are closer than you think to victory!"
