My name is Jenni and I am 26. I have a 2 year old son, a very supportive boyfriend, a full-time job, and I am completing my Master's degree. I am extremely busy but I feel that I have just recently gotten my eating under control, now it's time to find time to exercise! I would love some support from other moms as well as if anyone lives in Prescott and wants to get together for workouts I could use a buddy and the motivation!

In social work we do ROPs which stands for "review of progress." I will be doing ROPs for my journey.

ROP: 11/4/13 - I am 18 pounds down and into week 3 of C25K! What's strange is that I have dedicated myself before to being healthy and well, but I feel like there has been a real change in me. Like a Spark I guess you could say! I am feeling great! I am doing C25K 3 times a week and my goal is to continue, do Zumba 3 times a week, get to 250,000 steps this month, lost 8.5 pounds to get to my first 10% weight loss goal. 57 days until NYE!

ROP: 12/9/13 - I am 26.7 pounds down and killing it with my fitness! A little too much I think. I hurt some tendons in each foot and am going to try to take it a little easy! But I am feeling good and cannot believe I have consistently lost weight through the holidays so far! Go Done Girls and Go team In It to Thin It!

ROP: 2/11/14 - I struggled greatly through the month of January but I feel like thus far I have owned February! I have stayed in my calorie limit every day this month and I am exercising at least 6 days a week and getting in my minutes for the DONE Girl's challenge. The Fling into Spring Challenge is kicking my butt and I am loving every minute of it!

ROP: 3/18/14 - I am wondering if I can hit 199.9 by my birthday which is July 30th... that is about 40 pounds in 20 weeks. It's not impossible.

First 10% goal: 26.5 pounds: 238.5 Goal Met 12/9/13!!!
Second 10% goal: 23.85 pounds: 214.65
Third 10% goal: 21.5 pounds: 193.15
Fourth 10% goal: 19.4 pounds: 173.75
Final goal weight: 8.75 pounds: FINAL GOAL WEIGHT 165!!!

Hey Girl! My NikePlus GPS watch (blue and gray) tracks how far I run and how fast using GPS and satellite. It estimates calories burned based on my pace and weight which I enter on the nike.com website. My Polar Heart Rate Monitor (Pink) monitors my heart rate using a band that straps around my chest and tells me how many calories I burn during work outs. I wear both during runs. I'm sure there is a heart rate monitor that includes a GPS and then I wouldn't be wearing two, but for now, these were both gifts so I love them!
