Thanks for the blog post! I do like the meal plans SparkPeople suggests, but I feel like after following them I don't wanna be dependent on them. I feel like it's something I wanna Learn to do on my own so I can make it a lifetime habit and less of a weight loss treatment. But I think it's great your going to start following the plans, they helped start me out. 2001 days ago

Good for you Jenorama! Be kind and loving and patient with yourself for the next few weeks. It won't be easy but it will be so worth it! The withdrawals won't last forever. It will get better and easier as time goes on---that I promise!
