Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog! Right now my tea addictions are the Tazo Iced Black Tea and Tazo Iced Passion Tea.. they are the same ones Starbucks uses for their iced teas.. so yummy! :)

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I researched a bit more and added more info that verified that if indeed you want to eat less than use blue dishes. The thinking is that the colour is less appealing with food, however, if you don't have blue plates then just make sure your food doesn't match your plate. (It can be found at http://www.abc2news.com/dpp/news/health/ce
rtain-plate-colors-may-help-you-eat-less) The theory is: the more contrast, the less you're likely to eat - I think most food would contrast with black plates.
